An envelope is made of a thin gauge rubber sheet to cover the tyre casing before putting it in a chamber for curing in the retreading process. This is used for protecting the tyre casing from direct contact with hot air and provide uniform pressure all around on the tyre casing. Rubber Strip Gum

The Unvulcanized Rubber Strip Gum (URSG) or cushion/bonding gum is a critical component used in the retreading process. It is used as an adhesive between the vulcanized tread (PTR) and the tyre casing which is vulcanized in the retreading process. The quality of URSG decides the strength of the bond between pre-cured tread rubber and tyre casing, low quality URSG renders weak bonds, which lead to separation between casing and PTR and results to a tyre failure. Universal Spray Cement (USC) or rubber cement is a liquid rubber compound dissolved in a solvent. It is applied as an adhesive on the buffed tyre casing. Its job is to protect the buffed surface from oxidation to prevent it from causing retread failures.

Pre-cured tread rubber(PTR) is a vulcanized rubber belt molded in a particular design pattern with a specified width, thickness & weight, suitable to perform on a given road application such as long-haul, short-haul, hilly terrains, and mines.

PTR rubber has two key aspects to it, first is the chemical composition of rubber compound and second is the design pattern. The chemical composition of a mine tread rubber is very different from that of hills, similarly the design pattern for short-haul might vary from the design pattern for a long-haul application. It is of paramount importance to understand the vehicle application before choosing the right tread, the right choice takes into consideration the type of vehicle, tyre axle, tyre type and road application.

मोहाली जिला के खरड़ के पास स्थित एक वेस्टर्न सोसायटी में एनफोर्समेंट डायरक्टरेट की छापेमारी के दौरान उस समय हडक़ंप मच गया, जब कथित तौर पर नकदी से भरे दो बैग नौवीं मंजिल से नीचे फेंक दिए गए। घटना के बाद सोसाइटी परिसर में 500 रुपए के नोट बिखरे दिखाई दिए। सूत्रों के अनुसार ईडी की टीम ने निज्झर रोड स्थित वेस्टर्न टावर्स सोसाइटी के फ्लैट नंबर 906 में छापा मारा था।

इसी दौरान फ्लैट से कथित तौर पर नकदी से भरे दो बैग नीचे फेंके गए। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों का दावा है कि बैग गिरने के बाद ग्राउंड फ्लोर में 500 रुपए के नोट बिखरे पड़े थे, जिसे देखकर सोसायटी के निवासी मौके पर एकत्र हो गए। बताया जा रहा है कि ईडी अधिकारियों ने मौके से नकदी से भरे बैग कब्जे में ले लिए। सूत्रों के मुताबिक बैगों से करीब 21 लाख रुपए नकद बरामद हुए हैं। हालांकि खबर लिखे जाने तक ईडी की ओर से बरामद राशि को लेकर कोई आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं की गई थी। सूत्रों ने बताया कि ईडी की टीम कई घंटों तक फ्लैट के अंदर जांच करती रही और तलाशी के दौरान फ्लैट अंदर से बंद था। संबंधित फ्लैट कथित तौर पर नितिन का बताया जा रहा है, हालांकि स्वामित्व संबंधी दस्तावेजों की स्वतंत्र पुष्टि अभी नहीं हो सकी है।

नौहराधार की ग्राम पंचायत देवामानल में दर्दनाक हादसे ने एक परिवार की खुशियां छीन लीं। गांव के दो सगे भाई खड्ड किनारे खेल रहे थे कि आठ वर्षीय बच्चे आयन का तंग रास्ते से पांव फिसला, तो दूसरा बड़ा भाई नौ वर्षीय अभिनव उसे बचाने के लिए आगे बढ़ा। इस दौरान वे दोनों नीचे खड्ड के गहरे पानी में डूब गए, जिससे उन दोनों भाइयो की डूबने से दर्दनाक मौत हो गई।

इस घटना के बाद पूरे इलाके में शोक का माहौल है। जब तक बच्चों का पिता वहां पहुंचा, तो दोनों बच्चे खड्ड के किनारे तैर रहे थे। दोनों को तुरंत 108 एंबुलेंस में नौहराधार अस्पताल लाया गया, जहां पर डाक्टरो ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया। पुलिस नौहराधार ने रिपोर्ट तैयार कर आगामी कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है। तहसीलदार नौहराधार ने मृतक के परिजनों को फ़ौरी राहत प्रदान कर दी है।

NITI Aayog today released a Policy Report on School Education System in India: Temporal Analysis and Policy Roadmap for Quality Enhancement. The report is a policy document that presents a comprehensive, decade-long analysis of India’s School Education System across key parameters such as access and enrolment, infrastructure, equity and inclusion, and learning outcomes. The report provides a detailed policy roadmap comprising thirteen comprehensive recommendations. It includes eight systemic recommendations and five academic recommendations that focus on reforming school structure through composite schools and evidence-based rationalisation and strengthening school infrastructure. It is also centred around transforming pedagogy, assessment, and foundational learning, emphasising holistic education and student wellbeing.

The report provides 33 implementation pathways for the above-mentioned recommendations, each structured across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons with clearly identified actors responsible at the Central, State, and local levels. It provides over 125 measurable Performance Success Indicators to track progress. The report also features short case studies of good practices at the Central, State and District levels from across the country.
