Government committed to ensuring justice for students: Jitendra Singh

 

Science and Technology Minister Jitendra Singh said the government remains committed to ensuring justice for students and taking strict action against anyone who tries to compromise their future.

In a social media post, Mr Singh said that he, along with Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda, met activist Sonam Wangchuk at Medanta Hospital in Gurugram last night and held a detailed discussion on students’ concerns. He said the government assured Mr Wangchuk of a constructive dialogue and positive intervention, following which he decided to end his hunger strike.
