Vice President CP Radhakrishnan pays tribute to Veerapandiya Kattabomman on birth anniversary

 

Vice President CP Radhakrishnan today paid tributes to Veerapandiya Kattabomman on his birth anniversary. In a social media post, Mr Radhakrishnan said, Veerapandiya Kattabomman was a brave son of the soil whose courage and defiance against colonial oppression became a beacon of the country’s freedom movement.

 

Mr Radhakrishnan said Veerapandiya Kattabomman’s indomitable spirit, supreme sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to honour and self-respect continue to inspire generations, strengthening the values of patriotism and the nation’s pride.
